The AI-Enabled Scrum Master (AI-SM) Certification is a one-day, eight-hour live course for Scrum Masters running AI-augmented delivery. Eight lessons plus a capstone cover role and mindset, planning and backlog refinement, daily Scrum, sprint review, retrospective, metrics, predictive impediments, and ethics, using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Productboard, and Perplexity.
