Skillbook SAFe LPM course was excellent. Good pace and course materials. Would highly recommend it.
Brian DonnellyClass with Hanna Hawthorn
SAFe is one of the Training 100% worth taking. All the participants were involved and taken into account since day1. Good pace and very, very interactive. We ended up feeling like a real team. I really hope we can see each other in training.
Laura CamposClass with Daniel Silverman
The 2 day workshop was awesome. Chris Harrison was my coach and he made sure all our questions were answered with proper explanations. Further preparation after the course helped me pass the exam with a good score of 98%. The training was the good first step which I would recommend for sure.

Why now

Companies are hiring people to run AI adoption.

Employers post roles such as AI Enablement Lead and AI Adoption Lead. Read the postings closely and they split in two. Some want a software engineer. Others want someone who can pick the right use cases, set controls a legal team can check and prove impact with real numbers. This class is built for the second kind.

Today

It sets you apart.

Few candidates can show a 90-day adoption plan and a business case they built themselves.

Within a year

It is expected.

Hiring managers start asking to see adoption work you have already done.

After that

It is noticed when missing.

Without a portfolio, you are describing work you cannot show.

Your lead timeClosing

Waiting is a decision too. The same three days buy you a head start now, or a catch-up later. Only one of those is worth talking about in an interview.

71%

of leaders say they would rather hire a less experienced candidate with AI skills than a more experienced one without them. Your résumé is being sorted before anyone reads your track record.

What you will be able to do

The work an AI adoption leader is hired to do.

The leadership meeting ends on one question: what is our AI plan? Over three days you build the answer. You write a 90-day adoption plan someone else could run and a test set built to catch a drop in quality. Then you pitch the business case on a four-minute clock.

01

Score AI use cases and write down why you'd kill the weak ones

02

Build a 20-example test set and a rule for when quality has dropped

03

Build the safety checklist a legal team asks for

04

Design a network of early adopters who help their own teams

05

Build a scorecard that separates AI use from real impact

06

Write the executive business case and present it on a four-minute clock

You leave with
  • A 90-day adoption plan with named owners and dated stop conditions
  • A test set of 20 real examples for checking AI output
  • An executive business case, presented and recorded
  • A five-piece portfolio, each piece with a note on what broke
The class, module by module

Eight modules over three days, most of it hands-on.

A three-day group class built around the decisions an AI adoption leader makes most often. 785 of 1,110 taught minutes go to your own material.

01

Scoring AI use cases and building the roadmap

Score six use cases, kill three with written reasons, and place the rest on a roadmap.

105 of 150 minutes hands-on
02

Can it be built, and is the data ready

For one use case, write each question a go or no-go call needs and who holds the proof.

65 of 120 minutes hands-on
03

Testing AI output for a whole organization

Build a 20-example test set, compare two runs, and set the line quality must not cross.

125 of 180 minutes hands-on
04

Safety controls a legal team can check

Build the six-part safety checklist a legal team asks for, and rate every row by risk.

120 of 150 minutes hands-on
05

Building a network of early adopters

Design a network of early adopters, and the three-session plan one of them runs for a team.

125 of 150 minutes hands-on
06

Measuring adoption with real numbers

Build a two-track scorecard for use and impact, and cross out any measure that falls short.

85 of 120 minutes hands-on
07

Writing and presenting the business case

Map the five people your case must get past, then present it in four minutes, recorded.

55 of 120 minutes hands-on
08

Your 90-day plan and portfolio

Assemble your 90-day adoption plan and a five-piece portfolio, each piece noting what broke.

How you earn it

Your own work, marked by a person who did not teach you.

One process for every American School of AI credential. You can read the standard before you pay. You can also fail, which is why a pass means something.

  1. 1

    Read the published standard

The standard and its marking guide are published before you enroll. Before you pay, you know what the class covers and how your work will be marked.

  2. 2

    Train live with Skillbook Academy

Skillbook Academy, an Authorized Training Provider of the American School of AI, teaches the three-day class live online.

  3. 3

    Hand in your own work

Within 14 days of class you hand in three pieces built on your own material: the 90-day adoption plan, the test set, and the executive business case you present on day three. A marker who did not teach you reads your work against the marking guide, without seeing your name or employer. Any of the three pieces can come back Not yet. If it does, you fix it and hand it in again once, free.

  4. 4

Pass, and it is yours for 2 years

Pass, and you get your certificate and digital badge with a Certificate ID anyone can check at americanschoolofai.com. The credential is valid for 2 years.

Questions

Answered.

Who can take this class?

People who have passed Certified AI Integration Manager (AI-IM) and want to run AI adoption for a whole organization. Nobody skips a starting credential or Certified AI Integration Manager to get here.

Do I need a PMP, CSM or SAFe® credential?

No. A pass in Certified AI Integration Manager is the only requirement. Those credentials describe who usually takes the class. None of them is required.

What roles does it prepare me for?

This prepares you for the roles employers post as AI Enablement Lead and AI Adoption Lead. You leave with a 90-day adoption plan, a test set for AI output and a business case, which is proof you can show a hiring manager.

How is my work marked?

Within 14 days of the last day of class you hand in three pieces built on your own material: the 90-day adoption plan, the test set, and the executive business case you present on day three. A marker who did not teach the class, and who never sees your name or employer, reads them against the published marking guide. All three pieces must pass. The marker also plants three bad answers in your test set to see whether your scoring catches them. We tell you now so you know before you buy. Your result comes back inside 10 working days.

What if my work comes back Not yet?

The marker names the check it missed and writes the reason. You get one free resubmission, inside 14 days of the result.

What if I cannot use material from my employer?

You work on a practice set we supply and say so on your cover note. It is marked the same way.

How long is the credential valid?

2 years. The valid-through date is printed on your certificate. Anyone can check it at americanschoolofai.com with your Certificate ID.

Can I book seats for my team?

Yes. Up to four people from one company can join a public class. For a bigger group, ask about a private class for your company.
