Skillbook SAFe LPM course was excellent. Good pace and course materials. Would highly recommend it.
SAFe is one of the Training 100% worth taking. All the participants were involved and taken into account since day1. Good pace and very, very interactive. We ended up feeling like a real team. I really hope we can see each other in training.
The 2 day workshop was awesome. Chris Harrison was my coach and he made sure all our questions were answered with proper explanations. Further preparation after the course helped me pass the exam with a good score of 98%. The training was the good first step which I would recommend for sure.
Join for the increase of knowledge, stay for teamwork and collaboration, leave behind great memories with your cohort! Thank you, for facilitating a great workshop, engaging so vibrantly with our team, and leaving us with lots to think about and work with in the realm of product management and agile methodologies.
Most AI gains stop at one person’s desk. The slow part sits where work passes from one team to the next, and few people are trained to redesign it. This class is for the people who get asked to.
Few people can map a flow across teams and say where AI belongs in it. Those who can get pulled into the decisions.
Programs start asking for a plan for AI across their teams. Someone has to own it.
Leaders ask why every team uses AI its own way and nothing adds up.
Waiting is a decision too. The same two days buy you a head start now, or a catch-up later. Only one of those is worth talking about in an interview.
of leaders say they would rather hire a less experienced candidate with AI skills than a more experienced one without them. Your résumé is being sorted before anyone reads your track record.
Microsoft and LinkedIn, 2024 Work Trend Indexof class time is hands-on, on your own material: 518 of 720 minutes.

Live online, instructor-ledA request leaves one team and lands in another's queue. Someone re-keys it. It waits. Sometimes it comes back wrong. Over two days you take one real flow like that and decide, step by step, what AI runs and what stays with a person. Then you write the off switch.
A two-day group class built around the cross-team calls this role makes most often. 518 of 720 minutes are hands-on, and you build your hand-in as you go.
Map one real flow across two or more teams: what moves, who re-keys it, how long it waits.
Mark every step: automate, augment or escalate, with one line on what decided each call.
Write controls and a kill switch for one step AI runs alone, and let peers try to break it.
Turn two of your prompts into library entries with an owner, version and retirement rule.
Set the quality bar in three rules and name the one person who settles a disputed case.
Measure adoption and impact on separate tracks, every impact number with its starting point.
Sort a real refusal to use AI, then play the coach in a live three-person role-play.
Assemble your six-part hand-in and check it against the marking guide with a peer.
The class is not tied to one product. You need an AI account you can use in class, and the tech check 48 hours before day 1 runs on the account you will actually use.
One process for every American School of AI credential. You can read the standard before you pay. You can also fail, which is why a pass means something.

Daniel made the training super enjoyable and taught it in a way that really stuck. Earned my certification just a few days after our class.
Melissa is very knowledgeable. She made the class fun, engaging and interactive. I especially loved the breakout sessions. She gave real life examples and lots of simulations to help our understanding. I passed my exam on my first attempt. I absolutely enjoyed her class and would recommend it any time!
I took the Leading SAFe course a few weeks ago and passed the SA certification right after. I have no words to describe the quality of delivery, information and content passed down to us. It was a great experience and two days flew by so quickly.
Skillbook Academy rocks! I just finished the course with Daniel as my coach, and it was a blast. Daniel's coaching was top-notch. He made learning fun and engaging, and his expertise and guidance were priceless.
The class I took from Skillbook Academy was amazing! The instructor was engaging, and explained all concepts thoroughly, answered questions, and kept the class on track. The group breakout sessions were fun, and put into context the application, and theory we learned.
Melissa White was a phenomenal instructor. She has so much knowledge and real world experience and she shares it in an engaging and entertaining way. I was sad when the class ended, as we had formed a fun little community.
My course with Daniel at Skillbook was really great and I can very much recommend everybody that's interested to participate in any of his courses.
An overall fantastic experience. The trainers' knowledge and expertise are extensive, and they make concepts easy to understand with lots of examples and visuals. They are very thorough, give honest feedback, and take extra time to make sure everything is understood.
Anyone who holds one of the three starting credentials: Certified AI Product Manager / Product Owner, Certified AI Project Manager or Certified AI Team Facilitator. All three sit in the same class. The work is about flows that cross teams, so the mixed room is part of the design.
No. Nobody skips a starting credential, whatever other credentials they hold.

If your employer will not allow it, use the practice set we supply and say so on your cover note. It is marked the same way.
